I began my real estate career 21 years ago after transitioning from a job in Washington, D.C., seeking to be closer to home and gain more flexibility. With two young children at the time, the daily commute to D.C. presented significant challenges. The need for a better work-life balance and more time with my family inspired me to pursue a career in real estate. My administrative background has honed my organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong decision-making—qualities that are essential in guiding clients through the buying and selling process. In addition to my role as a REALTOR®, I am also the Supervising Broker for the Southern Maryland Offices, where I oversee the operations and guide agents in achieving their professional goals. I am committed to nurturing new talent, teaching FIRE (Full Immersion Real Estate) Classes to all new and transferring agents, and also provide Continuing Education (CE) Classes for all Maryland licensees. With 21 years of experience in real estate, I continue to stay engaged and informed, offering both seasoned expertise and fresh insights to every client interaction.
